Throughout our careers, we’ve faced the challenge of finding comprehensive professional development resources. Networking events felt intimidating, and connections often seemed transactional. As women in predominantly male fields, balancing the various hats women wear, in addition to a career was demanding. Male mentors, though well-meaning, couldn't fully relate to our experiences.
We craved genuine connections and mentorship, which led us to discover the power of women supporting women in business and in life. This revelation inspired the creation of Evry.

Nicole Biesecker
President
Sometimes preferring coffee to people, Nicole knows that a good run, a great outfit, or a trip (in that order) can solve just about anything. As the owner of Bee & Cole Group, she blends creativity with data-driven strategies to deliver real results, helping companies grow their brand and boost sales. Frustrated by the lackluster professional development options out there, she created Evry—a place where authentic connections, growth, and getting business done all come together in a fun, feel-good environment.
Stephanie Fletcher
Creative director
Fueled by an unhealthy amount of Red Bull, Stephanie is a co-owner of both Philter Photography and Source Creative, combining her passion for story-telling with her curiosity of unveiling vulnerabilities. Her biggest investment in life is in the emotional bank account and wishes making the bed every morning was not our society's norm. Her dream for Evry is for women to cultivate friendships full of affirmations and without expectations.
Jill Kratz
VP, Strategy
Jill is a brand expert and owner of Demi and co. She lives for award season and believes that tic tacs should be consumed on a 4 or more basis. She missed her calling as a professional tablescaper, but never misses an opportunity to make anything look more beautiful. Her career has been steered by strong women and believes that female mentorship is the most important thing a girl can have. With Evry, Jill hopes to make a place that women can share their secrets and indulge in self care guilt free.
Sarah DiCello
VP, Operations
In contrast to her fire sign, Sarah derives her energy from being on or near the water. Sarah is an avid kayaker and loves to be outside in nature. She is currently serving as the President of the Pennsylvania Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (PAMIC) and loves working within the association world. If money were no object, Sarah would travel the world, taking in the cuisines of every culture she could. Her hope for Evry is that women come together with full vulnerability and trust to grow their minds, bodies, and spirits.
